alone with my thoughts
swimming in my head..
the darkness comes up
swallows me
fills my thoughts
and i cant breathe
fills my world
turns to black and red
blood pumping
heart racing
soul searching
for the thoughts
that are in my head
telling me
i am not alone
that i am loved
